Blue Coast is developed by 5860 Realty, which answers for the construction. We sell it and stay with you after the purchase.
The name
Why Limen
Limen is Latin for threshold, the stone you step on as you walk into a house. We picked the word for the moment it names: the day someone crosses the door of a home that's already theirs. That day is what our work aims at. So is what comes after, because whoever manages a home looks after its threshold and knows who holds the key.
